Pirated Windows 10 unlicensed says Microsoft. So it seems things are not as clear cut with Windows 10 as we first thought - based on Microsoft's own announcement.

Windows 10 pirates will be unlicensed and so denied support. It seems likely that a nag screen asking users to purchase a key from the Windows Store will also be a part of the measures included.
