CS:GO Update, I show a stat trak trade-up contract

This is from a brand new update that just came out today, It is where you can trade-up stat trak weapons now.
If you don't know what a trade-up contract is I will explain There are 6 diferrent rarities Going from Grey(Least rare) to Red(Rarest) if you have 10 of a certain tier of item you can trade it up to the next tier, For example Grey will transfer into a nd light blue.
