The president of Uganda issues an apology to people of African descent whose ancestors were apart of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. My whole life I thought that Africans were ONLY slaves. Once I searched the Dahomey tribe, I found out that Africans are also guilty of slave trading. Do you think his apology is sincere?
