Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 3 cups of corn flakes
• 1 tablespoon yeast

Method:

Beat the eggs, sugar and oil in a blender for 2 minutes.

Add the corn flakes, the milk, mix more, add the yeast and mix some more.

Pour the mixture into a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with corn flakes, and place in a preheated oven at 180° and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

*Goes great with a coffee!
