Mortgage Rates Matter But Not As Much As Your Needs

@martykelly100 talks about how the needs of a homeowner, out way mortgage rates when it comes to selling or buying a home.

I’ve got a question for all my homeowners out there who are debating whether or not to make a move.
What’s more important to you: your mortgage rate or your needs?
I’m asking that because I know a lot of you may feel hesitant to move if your current mortgage rate is lower than the one you’d get on your next house.

But here’s the thing. While your mortgage rate is a factor in your move, it may not be the most important one.
Your lifestyle and your changing needs should matter more.

Here’s a look at a few of the top reasons people are choosing to sell this year.
Homeowners are moving because they want different features, they want to be closer to their friends and loved ones, or they’re looking to downsize.
Basically, they’re moving because their current home can’t deliver on what they need anymore.
I’d be willing to bet a lot of you feel the same way.

Don’t lose sight of the reason you want to make a change in the first place.
