Joe Biden, allegedly after a great deal of soul-searching, has agreed to send cluster munitions to Ukraine to aid in the flagging war effort against Russia.

Such weapons have been banned by 120 countries and are not even legal for the U.S. to ship abroad, but Biden is using a loophole to avoid that ban.

As a result countless future Ukrainian civilians will likely die as a result of these weapons, along with all the combatants who are actively targeted with them.

Jimmy speaks with The Grayzone’s Max Blumenthal about the mental gymnastics Biden’s defenders are having to perform to pretend that this move is remotely ethical.
