The rules do not allow AMC to do a reverse split right after the judges decision The rules require 15 days advance written notice on NASDAQ and 20 days written notice on NYSE prior to the effective date of the reverse split But we all know they don’t follow the rules And there are no regulatory agencies to make them follow the rules
