Words of wisdom from the elderly

Fred Ligaard conducted many interviews with elders, asking them to impart some wisdom to younger generations. The goal was to find a pattern in what they thought about the essentials of a life well lived. Fred and his friends went to the streets in Oslo, Norway and in Santa Barbara, California. He also had viewers from South Korea and China who did interviews in their respective countries, as well as another friend who conducted interviews in Brazil. Check out this very inspiring video!
