Fried Oysters with Avocado Sauce

Rumble This is a great way to start out a meal with this appetizer. Oysters are a favorite of mine. I make an avocado dipping sauce. If you are not into the avocado sauce, the oysters are excellent on a tossed green salad or with cocktail sauce or tartare sauce.

2 avocados
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

2/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup corn meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Oil for frying

Fry oysters for 3 minutes total time @ 350F in the hot oil.
