Severe flood damage was seen in parts of Vermont on Tuesday, July 11, as water rescues and evacuations continued in the state. In a Tuesday morning press conference, Vermont Gov Phil Scott said there were no reports of injuries or deaths in the state, but urged residents to remain vigilant. By Tuesday afternoon, more than 5,900 customers in the state had no electricity, according to VT Power Outage.
