A quick Ten Minute workout you can do anywhere, at home, the beach, at the gym, its versatile! This is quick and definitely gets the the body going. There are many regressions you can add to these exercises so don't feel like you have to do it at a fast pace, you can pause and perfect your form!
You can also do many of these exercises without any equipment so if you want to start there and advance later on that is great too!
It was really hot when I filmed this video so excuse the sweating hahaha
