Video taken during the Entrance of typhoon Hagupit in Samar Philippines, Last December 6 around 5pm ,this was takem in oras bay in Samar near tacloban in leyte where Hagupit landfall, Last year typhoon haiyan hit tacloban and kills thausand of people.
