Imaginary sphere puts new spin on touch-free technology

A touch-free interface which allows users to type by activating an imaginary sphere in between their hands has been developed by Swedish programmers. The team behind Erghis say their algorithm-based technology, which uses existing motion sensor hardware, is superior to current swipe technology.
