In this video, I will show you the amazing Emerald Lake of Dachaidan, a salt lake located in Qinghai Province, China. The lake is also known as Yikechaodamu Lake, which means “big salt lake” in Mongolian. The lake has different colors due to the different mineral elements in the water, such as potassium, magnesium, and lithium. The lake looks like a piece of jade scattered on the earth, especially under the blue sky and white clouds. The lake was formed by the mining of the salt lake by the Dachaidan Chemical Plant. It is an important source of inorganic salt in China. The lake is also a beautiful scenery that few people know about. I hope you enjoy this video and subscribe to my channel for more travel videos.
