Ebay Scammed My Steam Deck...Now What?

I finally decided to purchase a handheld, and I decided to go with the steam deck. However, the ebay seller i bought it from decided they would Scam me. Am I out of luck?

Videos going around the last 6 months preaching this narrative to stay away from ebay because of an auction says "No returns accepted" you wont get your money back if you are scammed. Well, I got scammed out of a steam deck. Do we get our money back?
