Mobilization officer murder suspect detained in Krasnodar region

Krasnodar Region police officers detained a 59-year-old man suspected of killing Stanislav Rzhitsky, a former Russian submarine captain who was a mobilization officer. He was shot and killed while jogging on Monday.
