Matthew 5:21-26 - The Righteous Do Not Murder

Many have said that Jesus gives new teaching in the Sermon on the Mount, but nothing could be further than the truth. Instead, Jesus is giving the whole counsel of God found in the Old Testament, and in this text in particular, He clarifies God's character behind the command not to murder. It is not enough to not murder, we must have a complete heart change regarding our horizontal relationships with people.
