The Rise of Liquid Staking and The Need for Interoperability

Liquid staking is a growing alternative to locking up tokens and contributing to the security of PoS blockchains, by increasing capital efficiency and liquidity of these staked assets.

Current liquid staking protocols are faced with problems around siloed liquidity as they go cross-chain Bifrost Staking Liquidity Protocol (SLP) is built around XCM standardising these liquid staking tokens (LST) and enabling cross-chain interoperability.

By showcasing Bifrost XCM use-cases, our goal is to ensure that the solution we propose can become a key tenant within the ecosystem.
