After 18 years preparing her special dessert at a family restaurant-bar in Vic (Barcelona), granny Pepita is retiring this October 2014. This is an endangered dessert, as small businesses like this one phase economic problems, this is our global cultural heritage disappearing everyday people. Someone must Upcycle this dessert and the technique of serving it!!!
