00:07 Place the third Farrwick to the remaining unthawed device
00:34 Adjust all the relays to their correct direction and position
01:33 Activate the central control device. Hit the Anemo Elemental Tower with Anemo attack and wind gust will be activated for some time. Use it to ascend up and look for the switch marked in the area.
02:15 Use the switch to correct the combination lock. Pattern can be found on the other side of the side walkway. Go to 02:26 to see the hint pattern.
