Israeli forces have shot and killed a Palestinian after he opened fire on an illegal Israel settlement and killed a security guard. The Israeli army said the attacker had been "neutralised" but gave no further details about the incident close to the Kedumim settlement in the northern West Bank on Thursday. The Kedumim settlement is one of many illegal ones in the Occupied West Bank. One other Israeli has reportedly been injured.
