Adorable 2-Year-Old Shows Off His Impressive Exercise Routine
If you're having trouble coming up with good exercises to do during a workout, all you need to do is watch this 2-year-old toddler. He seems to know exactly what he's doing, pretty impressive! Watch as Karel D's adorable 2-year-old son provides us with a helpful fitness lesson. First, this little boy shows us one of his super cool yoga poses, the downward dog, so awesome! The way he positions himself looks amazing! That is pretty accurate! Next he shows us how he stretches. You can't go too crazy until you have stretched properly, you don't want to pull any muscles!
He first stretches out his quadriceps, so cute! At 2-years-old, most of us probably didn't even know what our quads were! He may have not gotten the exact spot, but at least he is trying! Look how flexible he is as he stretches out his legs, too cute! After he has completed a few stretches, he is ready for the main event... pushups! He does some pretty interesting pushups and gets to eleven! Hilarious! Maybe we should all start doing push ups like this little guy, they definitely look unique!
