Today, there is a significant and life-threatening flooding situation affecting a large part of Vermont. There have been numerous rescues carried out by emergency crews in various communities.
As of 10AM, there are approximately twenty-four state roads that have been closed. There are flash flood warnings in effect from the Massachusetts line to the Canadian border.r.
