Police officer saves choking woman

The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety released video of an officer saving a woman who was choking on food (hot dog) during a traffic stop on August 9th, 2014. After pulling over the unidentified driver for running a red light, Kalamazoo police officer Jason Gates noticed the woman in distress. He quickly went into action and successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver. Although no ticket was given after the ordeal, he did note that a warning was still issued.
