Question Everything? Tim Ballard? Or A Different guy?

I am seeing this everywhere… I am not here to bash anyone, I just want others input on this!!? Do you see resemblance ? Do you believe this could be a central actor? Or do you believe it’s the same person who got in-trouble for sexual assault? I tried to do my research on this, but there is not a lot to find on the Tim Ballard for sound of freedom.
