The lights in a triangular formation can be seen moving very slowly in the evening sky, covered by thin clouds yet not quite visible as to what the object might be. Of course, conspiracy theorists have taken to the footage like sharks to blood, claiming that it could be yet another proof of extraterrestrial life visiting and scanning Earth.

Their proof is that the object isn’t moving like a normal aircraft from Earth would, since the lights get closer and closer together before moving away and disappearing completely in the sky.

There is, however, the one theory that might actually make sense. One source says that this looks very much like a black government project called TR-3 Black Manta, a triangular anti-gravity surveillance aircraft for the United States Air Force. The only confirmed evidence about the existence of such aircraft is based on speculation from several reported sightings in California.

The TR-3 was said to be a subsonic stealth spy plane with a flying wing design, alleged to have been used in the Gulf War to provide laser designation for Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk bombers.
