The comedy world lost a legendary club owner based out of Northeast Ohio in the last week. Pete Barakat ran the Funny Stop Comedy Club for over 30 years, and many big names had their first stage appearances there, including Steve Harvey and Tammy Pescatelli. Tony Mazur also began his comedy hobby there, and he shared some stories about Pete on the Check Your Brain podcast.
