Colossians 2:11-12 KJV In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Being uncircumcised in heart means that you are still in the flesh and that you have not truly come to God in faith. As there were those uncircumcised in the heart in the temple of the Old Testament, so are there those who attend their church buildings and try to serve God with their flesh. This is not acceptable to God. To obey is better than sacrifice .
