Food Storage: Freeze Dried Rotisserie Chicken and Bone Broth

Freeze-dried rotisserie chicken is my new favorite way to store meat in my long term storage. It is seriously delicious. The texture is perfect. We created homemade bone broth with the skin and carcasses which freeze-dried much better than I had hoped.

Freeze-drying has taken my ability to preserve food for my family to a whole new level. We are having a lot of fun building a pantry filled with shelf-stable, healthy foods.

We recently discovered the perfect Mylar bags for packaging freeze-dried foods. You can get the gusseted Mylar bags with a ziplock seal on Amazon at https://amzn.to/3olnezS. These are high quality 7 mil bags.

If you are interested in purchasing a freeze dryer or need supplies, use the link https://affiliates.harvestright.com/901.html. We make a small affiliate fee that helps to support our channel with every sale.

Thanks for being part of the solution!
