How to Plant a Bare Root Fruit Tree

Springtime is the best time to plant a fruit tree. You can purchase them bare root so that they are incredibly cheap and they have a really high survival rate. In this video, we show you our favorite way to plant and prune our little fruit trees for the easiest care and highest yield.

We sure appreciate the missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints offering to help us plant these trees. That is a lot of work! Together we were able to plant 15 fruit trees in 2 1/2 hours.

The missionaries are always willing and ready to serve. If you have projects that you need help with or would like the missionaries in your area to visit you, go to https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/comeuntochrist/sg/form/request-missionary-visit. If you know of service opportunities or want to serve visit https://www.justserve.org/ to get connected.
