Food Storage: The Perfect Tool for Bottling Juices and Sauces

Fall brings a bountiful harvest and it is time to bottle delicious juices and sauces from our garden bounty. We have experimented with a few different tools and the Weston Tomato Strainer is by far our favorite for making tomato juice, applesauce, plum sauce, and apricot nectar.

In this video, we show you how we use it to make delicious home-bottled foods that we enjoy all winter long.

We purchased ours through Pleasant Hill Grain and have been happy with them. They have quite a few other fun products as well.
