Impressive Off-Grid Passive Solar Geothermal Underground Greenhouse (Walipini) Tour

It's February and we are experiencing subzero temperatures. Today we will tour our dream greenhouse where Nate and Rebecca are growing bananas. Our friends from Manti Homestead built an off-grid greenhouse that merges the best traits of a walipini (underground greenhouse), a geothermal greenhouse, and a passive solar design.
