Food Storage: Is 54-Year-Old Wheat Still Edible?

We were gifted a can of wheat from 1968 and we just had to see if that wheat was still edible. A huge thanks to Debbie for giving us this wonderful resource to experiment with!

The bread mixer that I use is a Bosch Universal Mixer and I seriously LOVE it! You can find it here https://shrsl.com/3c4zv. I'm not a fan of the blender attachment but the food processor attachment works great.
