Tips on Growing, Peeling, and Preserving Garlic for Long-Term Storage

Garlic is an important crop in a survival garden and is one of the easiest plants to successfully grow. It will easily store through the winter in a cool, dry, dark location.

In this video, we dehydrate and freeze-dry garlic to extend the shelf life for long-term storage. We also share a really cool trick to peel garlic fast and easily. I wish I would have known about this method years ago.
