Gluten Free Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies

1 Large Ripe Banana (1/2 cup mashed)
1 Cup Gluten-Free Oats
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Raisins or Cranberries

Preheat oven to 350-F / 180-C.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, (keeps it from sticking to the tray).
Mash the banana with a fork. Add Mashed banana, oats, cinnamon, and raisins or cranberries to a bowl and mix really well.
Scoop out the mixture with a tablespoon to make 8 cookies. Flatten them and slightly make into discs.
Place the cookies in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned on the sides. Let cool before you eat.
