The Universe seems the way it is, is because you are here to perceive it. Without eyes there would be no seeing. Or, if there were NO senses there would be NO sensory data. With sensory data you can not construct a representation of any thing. The Universe would if fact be but not any representation of it. NO time, NO space, NO perception, etc.
