anthony and i demonstrating. in addition to developing upper body strength (shoulders, lats, arms), it helps to build core strength as well (abs, lower back and sides/obliques). front and back lever work can also help with this skill too (even though not exactly the same, still strengthens bodyweight work/exercises along with core/stabilizers muscles). thanks for watching.
