AFRICA’S YOUNGEST NATION CELEBRATES 12 YEARS OF SELF RULE

South Sudan Ambassador to Uganda has blamed recent denial of access of Uganda's export to South Sudan on saboteurs seeking to ruin the relationship the two countries enjoy.
Ambassador Juach Deng also notes that South Sudan has signed a power sale agreement with Uganda to have Uganda's surplus power exported to South Sudan.
This was during celebrations to observe South Sudan independence at an event officiated by Minister for relief, disaster preparedness and refugees Engineer Hilary Onek.
