I have to say that I am highly impressed with the Vosteed EDC Knife. Its extremely lightweight and perfect for those who dont want to carry around a heavy knife all day.
The sharpness of the blade itself is something to behold. It came razor sharp and has maintained its edge very well after multiple uses. You can tell that this knife was made with quality materials and care.
What I also love about this knife is the crossbar lock. It works flawlessly and is very easy to use. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that the knife is secure and wont accidentally open in my pocket.
The texture of the scales is perfect. Its smooth to the touch but still has enough grip to make it easy to handle. This is especially important when using the knife for heavy-duty tasks.
One minor issue I had was with the detent and lock engagement. However, after adjusting the spring to the tightest setting, the problem was solved. It may take a bit of trial and error to get the right level of tension, but once you do, its smooth sailing.
In terms of value for price, you really cant go wrong with this knife. Its comparable to much more expensive knives but has a much lower price tag. I own a few other Vosteed knives and they all have the same level of quality and craftsmanship.
