Michael Noak Jr., also known as "Brother Polight," is being prosecuted for sexual battery of a 14-year-old girl in a hotel room in February 2021. Brother Polight was arrested and charged with sexual battery, on fourteen year old girl; in Miami. Brother Polight has refused to go into further detail with the public about theses charges.
