IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN STEPS TO END YOUR LIFE, OR YOU ARE FEELING THAT YOU CANNOT STAY SAFE PLEASE CALL 119 RIGHT AWAY OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT.

TELL Lifeline: 03-5774-0992
Tell Japan: https://telljp.com/lifeline/ (there is a link for chat)
To get become a volunteer: https://telljp.com/pctraining/

If you are in Japan, worried about someone else, and think their life may be in immediate danger, you can call 119 for an ambulance or 110 to reach the police.
In order for emergency services to act, you will need to provide: their name, their phone number, and their address.

If you are located outside Japan and concerned that someone living in Japan may be in immediate danger, you can call 03-3501-0110 (available Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 17:15 JST). Outside of these hours try to look up and call a police station near the person’s location and ask for “tsuyaku” (translation) to make a report if you cannot speak Japanese. Unfortunately, TELL Lifeline is not able to make these calls for you.

You are not alone.
