Threatened Before I Even START! "I'll Throw Your Phone In The Air!" Roadworks

This is the first audit of the roadworks . We had visited these sites previousl;y & saw that noone was there, or it was mis-signed or not signed at all or even no roadworks going on at all .
Even this first interaction resulted in one workman threatening to throw my phone in the air.
