The mayor of SOUTH FULTON, Georgia, Khalid Kamau was charged with criminal trespass and first degree burglary when he went onto someone's property without permission and then entered a home no one was living in, he said he thought it was abandoned and wanted to buy it but, also said he knew he was breaking the law by trespassing and entering the building, he was booked and released with a 11,000 dollar bond

He has had problems with other city officials since he took office and "they" want him out of office
