10 years ago, I was gifted an aloe vera plant. Today, that plant has grown into TWO large aloes and a medium sized third one. In this video I'll show you how to make your own aloe vera gel.

Aloe vera is VERY good for you. It is great for skin health, including sunburns and bug bites. it can even be consumed. it is loaded with antioxidants and various vitamins. It also helps clean the air in your home, absorbing carbon dioxide and removing harmful chemicals like formaldehyde and VOcs. If you have an aloe plant consider yourself VERY lucky. Use it wisely!
