PRS: Groomed to Accept Microchip Implants?

We reviewed the theory of Problem, Reaction, Solution, which has been so successfully employed against humanity in the past. The Universe was asked if a subtle and long-term agenda is in play to get the general public (especially parents) willing to accept microchip implants as a means of keeping loved ones safe, and how effective will this ploy be, if so?
