Crazy Shaped Sun

So for about 3 weeks our sun has been coming up a few degrees NE of normal. When it rises it looks almost like it’s doubling in size. Then you can view a split as if there are 2 suns. Rapidly DARK clouds smother the SHOW and you never see the secondary “sun” for the lack of a better descriptor. This morning’s capture was solely to document the shape which is not normal.
