Pioneer prison - Otafire passes out pioneer Prison command and staff trainees

The Pioneer Senior and Junior Prisons Officers who have been undergoing a 4 month week inter mediate command and staff training course at Luzira Prisons Academy have been passed out.
The 20 officers ranged from Principal Officers to Senior Superintendents of Prisons were passed out at a ceremony presided over by the Minister for Internal Affairs Maj. Gen Kahinda Otafire .
