US drones “harrased” by Russian fighter jets

US military drones carrying out an airstrike in Syria, which resulted in the death of an ISIS leader, were reportedly "harassed" by Russian fighter jets prior to the operation, lasting for almost two hours. The encounter between the US MQ-9 drones and Russian aircraft occurred on July 7, following similar incidents in the past.
