Lambs quarter is the second most nutritious vegetable, it’s easy to prepare many different ways. However, today were dehydrating it. After it’s cut and dry, crunch it up, run it through a food processor to turn it into a flour. That’s it simple ready to cook with. You can make tortillas, crackers or bread however, it does need Leavening agent if you want to rise.
