Horse and owner sick at the same time 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Skip is my beloved horse. I knew him before I bought him: I was riding him 3/week without problem's. As I bought him my health got so bad that I cannot move, I have to learn how to walk again. Skip had to change barn's, he is playing but he never learned how to take care when he is not on a huge pasture with gras.I could not do anything with him, he needed training, Huf shoe's bc the ground is harder, he is injured very often,.. At the same time I am trying to learn with 55 how to walk again.
The people in the barn are wonderful but they have 40 horses.
I fear it bit up more that I can cheese pls help me during this time. I don't want my horse to suffer bc off me.
